Hey you two!!! Congrats on making it to the end! I think you both had to do a lot to get where you are and I think you both played two different but great games. I know how easy these things can drag out so I just want to throw some basic questions for both of you beautiful people.
Keith!!!
Hey man! I want you to give me three reasons why the person sitting next to you should not win this game. Good luck man!
Heaven!!!
I'm not much of a comp guy but it can't be denied that winning comps put you in a position of power. Being social though is a huge element of the game as well so I'm interested to know...
What would you say was your best move in the game that didn't involve you winning/or finding power. Whether it be manipulation or just socializing you name it. I'm interested!!! Good luck to you gurl!!!
At the end of the day you two are both very skilled players. No matter what happens, no one can take that away from you. Good luck again and may the best player win!!!
1. She made her entire game from the Final 8 on completely reliant on being immune. This would've been a fine strategy if she didn't have any competition, but the fact of the matter is- she did. In fact, she willingly went to the Final 4 with the two people who could beat her in a speed competition (Kays and I) and the two people who could beat her in an endurance competition (Kays and Hayley). There were two scenarios in the last few rounds of the game where she only beat me by mere seconds. You can't contribute those wins to skill when the gap is so small.
2. When she did have to make decisions, she made poor ones. She chose to target you, thinking that being well-connected with Memphis & Lane would make a difference if they were to win a competition- even when you had kind of checked out. This showed that she was not aware of her own target at that point, and I can't imagine that if anyone were to win HoH would they let her survive. At the Final 5, I had already shown that I could come scary-close to beating her (having only just lost the veto by three seconds or so), and she still chose to target Memphis over me because he was a jury threat. Memphis couldn't beat Heaven at the speed comps that were overwhelming the last few weeks, and because of his jury status he was just about the only person people would be willing to vote out over Heaven anyways!
3. Heaven winning is boring, no? This game was plagued with quiet conversations and predictable strategy. Why not award the win to the guy who didn't play so mundane? I was more self-aware, not delusional at any point, and actually had a better read on people than I'm given credit for. I was able to play outlandish, and still have enough moxy to stick around. In a game where people were too careful to make waves, wouldn't it be awesome for the guy who made the most to win?

Hey Big Jon! Thanks for the congrats!
I won't lie.. it is a lil tough trying to answer your question b/c I won some sort of competition almost every round which helped give me power to really decide what I wanted to see happen. But there are a few things here and there that helped deflect potential targets off my back and also social connections that kept me above water when I coulda drowned.
I know I mentioned this in my opening, but one of the big rounds that I had a huge chance of going home was in the 6th round when Memphis won HoH. Memphis was someone I had a very unique relationship with. I saw him as part of the guy alliance but always spoke to him just as I had at the start in order to cultivate and keep our relationship strong (same with Lane). When Memph won I made it a point to keep on saying that he woulda been safe if I had won and that he was 1 of my favorite peeps. I was being honest when I said he was 1 of my faces but it helped me to repeat it b/c I figured others would try and get me up. This overall helped me have some pull with Memphis b/c of our bond even though we were seemingly on opposite sides.
But what WASN'T known was that the round before was the blackout round. Since I have the clearing from Kat.. yes lol I was HoH in the blackout. Jon you were my target b/c we hadn't talked much at that point and you did scare me for a bit earlier in the game. I would hear from peeps that they really liked you but I myself never had many conversations with you and that let me to think I was your target since you seemed to be chatting it up with others before, but you and I hadn't a lot. I would be surprised if I hadn't been your target and if I wasn't then shame on me!
In order to throw peeps off my scent.. players like Memphis and Lane who I was close to but weary about.. I threw Memphis on the block which I think helped my case and instead peeps thought it was Kaysar as HoH. I knew someone like Memphis up would help me but also that he was so well liked and he would stay. I was bummed haha when you got taken off the block so I went with Benedict.. someone who I also saw as in the guy alliance too. Benedict was someone I really really liked early on and had a deal with but as the game went on I found us no longer talking about personal stuff but only game things and I grew a lil cautious about his intentions. of course this is about me WITH power so it is irrelevant to your question but I just wanted to give some insight in how I went about in making certain decisions.
Getting back on track with your immediate question.. another social thing I did was really jump on the girls about the guys maybe being together. It became more and more obvious as the rounds were going on.. but I started to make it a goal to try and spread awareness about the fact that there was something going on. I would also share this with Kaysar often which seemed to pay off in the long run b/c Kaysar became someone I really hit those challenges hard with and traded off with a lot in the game allowing us to work together in the same cause. In a sense Kaysar and Keith were kinda the same person, and I was loosely aligned with both, except Kaysar had the comp ability and the better head on his shoulders. We both held Keith's hand.

Touching on some of Keith's points that he made about me lol.. him saying he wasn't delusional is like me saying that Heaven is Caucasian. There were many points in the game where Keith would spew verbal diarrhea that made no sense and it showed he wasn't in tune with the game as much as he is leading most of you to believe. I know I can't be the ONLY one that came into contact with incidents that left me in a state of "uh what?" after talking to Keith haha.
An example would be him thinking that the way he played wasn't obvious and who he was targeting. It is PART of the reason why he lasted so long. Everyone saw Keith as disposable as someone that they could get rid of whenever they wanted. I saw it that way at first too but like I said in my nom ceremony at F5, I was never afraid of Keith and was SUPER aware of how much he was after me (peeps would tell me constantly - another example of social ties). I started to see Keith as a golden ticket.. someone to sit by in the end if I wanted to go that route, so I strung him along despite him wanting me out. Risky? Hell yea it was. But Keith is saying that I made poor decisions by taking certain peeps here to the end.. or did I just make it more competitive for myself, more respectable? But heck, either way it worked out for me did it not? Playing with hypotheticals and what ifs is a weak pitch.
I want to clarify my reason for putting you up Jon! it had nothing to do with not being aware lol. Hosts, PWS and all of you after the game can read my DR and I think I even told most of ya in the game that round when I was trying to make a decision, that the reason I put you up was paired with the point that I didn't know where you stood but ALSO that you hadn't been around for a bit. This was ALSO why I didn't nom Aaryn like peeps wanted (b/c they wanted to keep it easy). The reason I didn't nom her was so that Aaryn could miss the vote. I BANKED on her getting removed and that would have a week under my reign where I would knock out 2 birds with 1 stone. I was very much aware of what I was doing haha.
I guess what bothers me the most is that me, Kaysar and Keith sorta came together under pure circumstance and b/c of the way the game played out. Keith called himself a pariah but the real pariah was Kaysar. Kaysar was the threatening outcast that went up on the block repeatedly and why? Keith was kinda background fodder.. thats the only reason it took a long time for him to even taste the block. IF I WANTED to play into hypotheticals.. do any of us think Keith would be here right now if he even hit the block Week #3, Week #4, Week #5? Naaaaah. Kaysar and I took the brunt of the competitions and kept Keith alive only b/c he was vastly disliked and was someone to drag along for the ride and use if need be (the way I viewed it).
Heaven, I've stated many times that I knew that what I was doing was obvious. I just didn't give a shit, it was fun to spitball. I also barely spoke to you from like the Final 8 on. Kaysar and I formed an alliance on like Day 3. There was no circumstance there.
